This statement covers the ReSound Events website. It covers website enquiries; this website does not offer a customer portal or online booking system.

ReSound Events and Nao Creative are trading names of Kevin Nash, a UK sole trader. Kevin Nash is the data controller for personal information handled by the business.

Enquiries through this website

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, event date, venue, selected services and message are sent securely to Netlify Forms and made available to ReSound. Notification emails may also deliver these details to our business inbox. We use them to reply, prepare a quote and arrange services you request. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to a business contact acting for an organisation. Analytics does not receive your form contents. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or children’s personal details.

If you contact us directly

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and discuss the services you want. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries where you act for an organisation. Email correspondence is handled through our Microsoft 365 service.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, any resulting service, and relevant legal or record-keeping requirements. We assess this by whether the enquiry remains active, whether a booking follows, and whether a dispute or statutory obligation requires continued retention. The wider business retention schedule is still being finalised; this statement does not adopt the proposed periods in our internal draft.

Hosting and analytics

Netlify hosts this publicly accessible website. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and security records to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website for that processing.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. It does not receive the contents of the enquiry form. Cloudflare describes this service as using no analytics cookies, browser storage or individual fingerprinting. Technical requests are made to Cloudflare to load its measurement script and deliver analytics metrics. See Cloudflare's service description and data collection documentation.

The site also loads the Outfit font from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request its stylesheet and font files, which exposes normal connection information to that provider. See Google's privacy policy.

Providers and processing locations

Relevant providers for this preview are Netlify (hosting, enquiry storage and spam filtering), Cloudflare (analytics), Google (font delivery) and Microsoft 365 (business email and enquiry notifications). Their services may involve processing outside the UK. For details of locations, retention or safeguards applying to your information, contact our privacy address. We do not claim that all provider activity is confined to the UK.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@naocreative.co.uk. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions.

You may complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You can also raise a concern with us first.

Changes and public launch

We will update this statement before enabling customer accounts, online payments or other new data collection. The current website does not include advertising trackers, Google Analytics or embedded social, map or video services.
